
Nicolas Vitor Ribeiro Rohrbacker
International Advisor
International Advisor in the Directorate of International Relations for the City Hall of Foz do Iguaçu, with experience in paradiplomacy, international event organization, and institutional cooperation. He holds a degree in International Relations and Integration from UNILA (Federal University of Latin American Integration) and is currently a master’s student in the International Relations postgraduate program at the same university. His research focuses on the invisibility of whiteness in International Relations, with a specific emphasis on MONUSCO (United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo). He has presented his work at events such as the Brazilian Association of International Relations, the Brazilian Meeting for Peace Studies (EBEP), and ANPOCS, among others, and received a research award from UNILA. He works on building strategic partnerships, promoting Foz do Iguaçu internationally, and developing academic and cultural initiatives. Additionally, he serves as vice-president of the Forum of Postgraduate Students in International Relations and Related Fields of ABRI.
