
Mariangela Lückmann
Office Director ABIPIR-IFIA LATAM
A leader with over 30 years of experience in education, research, innovation, and entrepreneurship projects. With a background in administration and psychology, and specializations in people and psychology management, as well as Territorial Management for the Trinational Region, she serves as the vice-coordinator of Iguassu Valley-Foz do Iguaçu and co-coordinator of the IFIA LATAM Network. She is the founder and CEO of Parimpacto, a regenerative impact hub in Foz do Iguaçu, and co-founder of the IDGs Iguassu Hub. Her work includes coordinating the Technical Chamber of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Impact of CODETRI, partnering with the UNIHUB pre-incubator, and heading the Office ABIPIR-IFIA LATAM. She is also an active member of the board of ACIFI and the municipal councils for Women’s Rights and Science, Technology, and Innovation. Her career combines management, regenerative leadership, and a territorial vision to transform communities into smart and sustainable cities.
