Paulo Cruz Filho

Visionary leader with 15 years of experience in integrating the soul, intuition, and conscious leadership to align businesses with social and environmental regeneration. He holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management of Social Enterprises from UQAM, Canada, and is the founder of several regenerative initiatives in both the social and business fields. An expert in Integral Leadership, Social Entrepreneurship, ESG, and Sustainable Development, he has a strong background in facilitation, regenerative therapy, QHHT, Reiki, and Flow Mastery. He currently leads Soul Integration & Intuition, co-founded We.Flow and Parimpacto, and serves as the board president of the 5C Centro Cultural. He is also the coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Entrepreneurship and Social Business at FAE Business School. He has authored two reference books on leadership and social innovation, and is the creator and host of the podcasts Betterness and Liderança Integral.
