Rômulo Cesar Silva
Professor and Researcher
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (1994) and Psychology (2023), a master’s degree in Computer Science (1997), a Ph.D. in Computer Science (2015), and a specialization in Neuropsychology (2024). He worked at IBM, developing applications for the TMN (Telecommunications Management Network) platform. He was an ORACLE database consultant at INEP-MEC and developed Java applications for Banco do Brasil and ORACLE applications for the Federal Senate. Currently, he is an associate professor at Unioeste, Foz do Iguaçu campus. His experience is in the field of machine learning applied to health, intelligent tutoring systems, educational games, and learning objects.
