Administrator graduated from Unioeste, with specializations in Human Resources from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and Small Business Management from USP. He worked as a regional manager at Sebrae/PR, where he developed projects for local economic development and entrepreneurship, and held strategic positions at the Foz City Hall and the State Secretariat of Tourism. He is currently the Secretary of Economic Development, Labor, and Agriculture of Foz do Iguaçu.
