Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Postgraduate degree in Administrative Law and Information Technology, and Postgraduate degree in Educational Informatics and Higher Education Teaching. Master of Science in Technologies, Management, and Sustainability from the Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná (UNIOESTE), with research focused on Computational Thinking and Artificial Intelligence. Works as a technical staff member at the Universidade Federal da Integração Latino-Americana (UNILA), where he develops support actions for operations, contract inspection and management, educational technologies, and digital inclusion. He has experience in projects related to the National Digital Education Policy (PNED), School Digital Education, digital transformation, Education 4.0, and inclusive learning tools. He participates in initiatives that seek to integrate academia, government, civil society, and the productive sector in building innovative solutions for smart and resilient cities, with a focus on social and educational impact.
