An author, entrepreneur, and speaker, she works extensively in consulting on strategy, governance, processes, digital transformation, and innovation, as well as in highly complex contexts. She is the founder and president of the Cellens Institute (a third-sector institution) and the founder of the ZNT Group. She serves as an advisor, providing strategic consulting, mentorship, lectures, and training. She has been a professor at PUC Minas since 2005, where she has also created and coordinated post-graduate courses since 2007. She has also worked at the Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC) since 2011 on executive education programs. She is a volunteer at the IBGC – Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance, Minas Gerais chapter, where she leads the ISTD Squad. A recognized expert in BPM and Process Governance, she is the author of the books “Governança de Processos,” “Transformação Digital Além do Óbvio” (both published by Editora Brasport), and “BPM: Volume I” (published by Bookess).
