José Maurino de Oliveira Martins is the current State Coordinator of the State System of Technology Parks (SEPARTEC), which is linked to the State Secretariat for Science, Technology and Higher Education (SETI). With a solid academic background, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FAE University Center and a master’s degree in Economics from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). With a career dedicated to promoting innovation and technological development in Paraná, he works to articulate a robust ecosystem that connects government, academia, and the productive sector. As coordinator of SEPARTEC, his main objective is to strengthen innovation environments, promote technology-based entrepreneurship, and position the state as a benchmark hub in science and technology. Maurino is a key player in the implementation of public policies aimed at transforming knowledge into practical and sustainable solutions for the society of Paraná.
