Marcos Siríaco Martins

Marcos Siriaco worked for 30 years as a Support Analyst in the Technical Support Division at Itaipu Binacional, where he was also responsible for the company’s Free Software Project. He is a founding member of PSL-Trinational and República do Chinelo, and has served as Coordinator of Latinoware – the Latin American Conference on Free Software and Open Technologies. Marcos is also part of the coordination team of ENTRÍ – the Trinational Free Software Meeting, and is widely recognized as a supporter and promoter of Open Technologies in Brazil. A specialist in Education 4.0 and Computational Thinking, he is passionate about giving back to the community the knowledge he has gained throughout his journey. A rock music enthusiast and craft beer lover, Marcos lives by the philosophy of contributing without competing.
