César Otto Niklas

Agronomist, with a Master’s in Strategic Business Administration and Environmental Management, and Postgraduate degrees in: Environment, Economy, and Society, as well as Plant Biotechnology. He is also an auditor of Environmental Management Systems, according to ISO 19011, and Quality Management Systems. He has worked with several environmental consulting firms. He served as President of the Board of Directors of BIOFABRICA MISIONES S.A. BIOMISA, a company dedicated to Plant Biotechnology. He currently works as the Project and Programs Manager for the IMaC of the Province of Misiones, which is responsible for organizing commercial centers for horticultural and related products in Wholesale Markets. He develops programs for strengthening horticulture and farms in the Province, and is also involved in the monitoring and evaluation of productive loans.
