Lila Patricia Voeffrey

A Senior Consultant and Researcher in the Development, Governance, and Education of Border Territories at VR Nexos, she holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the National University of Córdoba and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Catholic University of Córdoba. She has been the coordinator and Argentine researcher for NAPI Trinacional since 2021 and has participated in CODESPI since 2018, serving on the Chamber of Education and Innovation and as a board member from 2018 to 2021. As a founding member of CODETRI, she has been part of the coordination team for the Technical Chamber of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Impact since 2023. As the founder of VR Nexos, a human resources and organizational development consultancy, she works in the private sector. She is a university professor and a specialist in socio-educational policies and Sustainable Development Management for the Trinational Territory, with training in Territorial Development Tools (PTI) and Leadership for the Trinational Region (IDB). She is an active member of trinational development teams, with a focus on innovation and governance.
